Booty
We can’t lie. We are obsessed with your bums! Not in a creepy way (we promise!) We just know how important they are for all our movements, for helping get our core strong, for improving our posture and for looking damn fine in our favourite set of activewear (does anyone wear normal clothes anymore?). If this sounds like it’s right up your alley then book your booty in for the peachiest perfect class you will ever do!
Flow
Starting to make old person noises when you get down onto the floor to play with the kids, grandkids, fur baby kids? We’ve been there, trust us, but we can do something about it and it’s allllll about getting our flow on (mmmm that might not be the right expression hahaha) anyhoo. We get those hips moving better, we strengthen your back to improve your posture, we get your core strong, we stretch, we mobilize and we make you feel a million bucks. Burn
Want to get hot and sweaty with us? Yeah you heard right! Burn does exactly what it says on the tin. We get those muscles burning, we get sweaty, we work to burn fat, tone muscles and generally get even more awesome. It’s as if Pilates and HIIT had a baby and it’s the cutest thing you’ve ever seen! Bring a towel, bring some water and bring the sunshine! Book in now and lean into what lights you up!
AAA
No, we’re not in the States and need some roadside assistance, our AAA stands for Arms, Abs and Ass. Trust us, you will feel every body part mentioned in the title and then some. We tone those arms, we strengthen those abs, we get that booty burning and even after all that burn you’ll still walk out of class thinking you can’t wait to go back next week! One of our most addictive classes. Book in now, you’ll thank us for the non-subtle nudge!
Reformer
Ready to reform your workouts? Our private or 2:1 reformer session is your VIP ticket to a body-toning, core-strengthening, smile-inducing good time! (Or is it swear-at-your-instructor-inducing, we can never remember). From power-packed arm sculpting to leg toning magic this class is all about you. Come solo or bring a buddy, cause sweating is so much better with friends. Let’s laugh, sweat, and transform together, cause who says fitness can’t be a party!
Pre + Postnatal
We love to look after both our mummas and their bubbas (bonus baby cuddles! With instructors on hand specialising in pre + postnatal training, we offer classes for our new mums and new-mummas-to-be. We will get you strong while making sure you are moving correctly, making sure you are well-looked after and your body cared for in this so so special time. Posture, core strength, glutes, and more! All things new mummas need to feel strong, confident, and capable again.
Note: We run our pre and postnatal courses on an ad-hoc basis, depending on interest, instructor availability, and upcoming intakes. Our lead instructor is currently on mat leave, but if you’re keen for some special pre or postnatal love, let us know! With enough interest, we can put together a dedicated series of classes just for you. 1:1 and 2:1 reformer sessions are also available on request.
Hot Burn
New! Hot Burn = hot mat Pilates with extra spice. A higher-intensity class blending Pilates + cardio conditioning to build strength.

And now we've made it even burnier, with the winter edition hot mat Burn sessions! Come prepared to get warm, move well, leave a little glowy, and co-ordinate your hair washing days accordingly.
Room temp: 30-34 degrees
Note: full-sized towel for the mat is a must! Our hot mat classes are designed to feel good, think warm, low impact, and strength-focused, but exercising in a heated room isn’t for everyone.
If you don’t do well in the heat, this probably isn’t your class, and that’s totally okay. We’ve got plenty of other options that might be a better fit. If you’re pregnant, or have any concerns like heart conditions, or high/low blood pressure, we recommend giving this one a miss unless you’ve had the all-clear from your healthcare provider. Heat can place extra stress on the body, and we want you feeling safe and supported.
Hot Flow
Winter edition: heated room Flow! Think low lights, cosy air and cosy room, all the better to sink into those mats and those moves, preparing you for the best sleep of the week. We get those hips moving better, we strengthen your back to improve your posture, we get your core strong, we stretch, we mobilize and we make you feel a million bucks.
Room temp: 26-30 degrees
Note: full-sized towel for the mat is a must! Hot Flow is designed to feel good, but exercising in a heated room isn’t for everyone.
